I pay my respects

to the lands that nurtured me, those of the Awabakal and Worimi peoples

to the traditional custodians of the lands that carry my songlines, that of the Wiradjuri and Biripi peoples

to the many lands across which I live and work

I acknowledge the hospitality, relationality, and diversity of Aboriginal peoples

and I pay my respects to Elders past and present

Always was, always will be
